1. Template
The template contains example prices for one shape. Replace them with your own. Inside the app, Price data → Upload CSV also offers an example file that already uses your store's diamond origins.
2. Columns
The first row must be the header row. Each row after it is one stone price.

4. How the import works
- All or nothing. The whole file is checked first. If any row has an invalid origin, carat, colour, clarity or price, nothing is saved and the problems are listed by line number.
- Uploads replace. An upload replaces the existing prices for the shapes and origins that appear in the file. Other shapes and origins are not touched.
- One row per stone. Each combination of shape, origin, carat, colour and clarity has one price.
- Only priced stones are sold. The storefront selector offers a combination only when it has a row. To stop offering a stone, leave it out of the file.
- Plan limits apply. The Free plan covers up to 3 diamond shapes. An upload that would exceed your plan is rejected with a message.
5. Tips
- Save the file as CSV (comma separated), not as an Excel workbook.
- Keep shape names consistent.
ovalandovalsare two different shapes. - To update a few prices, you can edit them directly under Add / edit manually without uploading a file.
